Charleston Renaissance Tour

The Charleston Renaissance took place between 1900-1940. Artists were drawn to this civil war ravaged city and it's decaying beauty in order to capture it. Along the way they were taken by its society and love for all things artistic. The tour starts at the Gibbes Museum exploring the collection of Renaissance artists then proceeds to our local galleries with works by our current masters.

$55.00 per person and includes all day access to the Gibbes museum.

Custom Group Tours

Depending on the size of your group and your artistic interests we will be happy to design a tour just for you! We can incorporate wine and hors d'oeuvres into the event. Galleries are naturally festive locations for cocktail parties and we can assist in all aspects of the event.

If there is interest in learning more about an artists' approach we can also arrange for a demonstration from one of our engaging local artists. This would typically occur at the end of a tour and takes approximately 20-30 minutes. Long enough to sit and enjoy a glass of wine while you get some inspiration. Please to call inquire about our private events.
